Worked with the C-suite on infrastructure and identity expansion. Originated and negotiated a $500M+ M&A pipeline. Led acquisition processes for a $250M staking platform and a $100M NFT marketplace, both shelved during the 2023 crypto downturn.

First corporate development hire. Closed the first acquisition ($10M) and led integration. Drove travel partnerships that reached 1M+ users and $5M+ in revenue.
